INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle Lakanto Low Carb Pancake mix
- 1 punnet blue berries
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 5-6 tbsp Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
METHOD
- Make the pancake batter as per the instructions on the bottle.
- Heat a non stick pan or pancake maker.
- Pour approx. 2 tbsp of mix per pancake.
- turn over (if using a pan after about 2 minutes.
- Remove once golden.
- Make a small stack.
- Add blueberries and top with cinnamon and golden malt syrup.
- Eat straight away.
Tip
- You can add some blueberries to the bottle mix if you would like the blueberries cooked in the pancake.....
