Low Carb Pancakes with Blueberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle Lakanto Low Carb Pancake mix
  • 1 punnet blue berries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 5-6 tbsp Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup

METHOD

  1. Make the pancake batter as per the instructions on the bottle.
  2. Heat a non stick pan or pancake maker.
  3. Pour approx. 2 tbsp of mix per pancake.
  4. turn over (if using a pan after about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove once golden.
  6. Make a small stack.
  7. Add blueberries and top with cinnamon and golden malt syrup.
  8. Eat straight away.

Tip

  • You can add some blueberries to the bottle mix if you would like the blueberries cooked in the pancake.....
