- 2 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted
- 6 tbsps butter, softened
- 220g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsps Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well-combined.
- Spoon mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove from freezer, pop fat bombs out of molds, and enjoy!
- Store in airtight container in freezer for up to 1 month.
