You just can’t beat a homemade, classic choc chip cookie. These are so easy to make and I guarantee your kitchen will smell amazing!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup Lakanto Baking Blend Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
- 1 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
- Sugar-free Choc Chips to taste (Try Lakanto 98% Sugar Free Dark Choc Baking Bits)
METHOD:
- Cream together sweetener, sugar and butter.
- Add flour, baking powder and protein powder and stir until just combined before folding through chocolate chips.
- Put dough in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes.
*cookies will spread in the oven
**cookies will be soft when first taken out of the oven but will firm as they cool
