Classic Choc Chip Cookies 🍪 made Responsibly Sweet.

Hannah Banana a student of nutrition and creator of decadent vegan treats made this recipe using Lakanto.

You just can’t beat a homemade, classic choc chip cookie. These are so easy to make and I guarantee your kitchen will smell amazing!

Simply replacing the sugar with Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener significantly cuts the carbs, calories and blood sugar impact!

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Cream together sweetener, sugar and butter. 
  2. Add flour, baking powder and protein powder and stir until just combined before folding through chocolate chips. 
  3. Put dough in the fridge for at least one hour. 
  4. Roll into balls and flatten slightly.  Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes. 

*cookies will spread in the oven 

**cookies will be soft when first taken out of the oven but will firm as they cool
