Maple Cashew Fudge (99.4% Sugar-Free)

Who doesn't love fudge? Dr Preeya Alexandra from Good Chef Bad Chef whipped this one up from cashew butter, using our Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup to get that sweetness without the added sugar.

Makes: 16 pieces 

Time: 15 Minutes + setting time


  • ¾ cup cashew butter
  • ½ cup Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup, sweetened with monk fruit
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • Sea salt flakes to top 


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. 

2. Place mixture in baking tin, lined with cling film. 

3. Place the tray in the freezer for 2 hours or until set. 

4. Sprinkle with some salt flakes to serve and cut. Serve chilled. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
