Aqua Frescas are light non-alcoholic drinks made from fruit blended with water and sugar - plus this recipe has been accredited as FODMAP Friendly. We've blended it with sugar-free Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener for a no-sugar, FODMAP Friendly refreshing drink.

Ingredients
Method
- Mix sliced strawberries, sugar and 1 cup of water together in a medium bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
 
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
 
- Strain through a wire mesh strainer over a jug or bowl.
 
- Add the remaining water and stir to combine.
 
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve or serve immediately over ice.
 
- Garnish with lime wheels and mint.
Tips for making alcohol free cocktails at home: If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar or drink bottle – anything with a tight lid will work! If you don’t have a muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon or similar.
