INGREDIENTS
Low Carb Mustard Sauce
METHOD
1. Get started by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
5. For the Low-Carb Mustard Sauce, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until lovely and smooth. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. For a thinner sauce or dressing, add an additional tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Tips:
Double up on the quantities of the Low Carb Mustard Sauce and save the extra for using as a marinade or sauce on baked chicken (or meat/fish of your choice).
