Avocado Skin
Ingredients
- 100g no added sugar chocolate
Method
1. Pour melted chocolate into egg mould and set.
Avocado Pit
- 140g no added sugar chocolate
- 140g cream
- 200g cream, whipped
- 50g no added sugar chocolate (for dipping)
Method
1. Heat 140g cream and pour into chocolate to melt. Then fold in whipped cream and pipe into a small egg silicone mould and freeze. Once set, dip in melted chocolate and set.
Avocado Cheesecake
Method
1. Beat cream cheese, matcha powder and Lakanto Icing Powder until creamy and smooth. Blend avocado until smooth, then fold into the cheese mix. Then, fold in the whipped cream.
2. Pipe into the avocado skin chocolate shell and add the pip to make it look like an avocado. Enjoy with the Lakanto Chocolate Flavoured Topping, if you like.
