INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein
- 2 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1 Tbsp Cacao
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
METHOD
- Mix together the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 15 mins at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Top with melted white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries and enjoy.

- If you don’t have a donut mould these can also be made into muffins or mini loaves.
