Baked Oat Donuts

Indulge in the guilt-free pleasure of a delicious, no added sugar snack that tastes like a decadent dessert! These treats are light, fluffy, and incredibly simple to whip up. Sweetened with Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener, they satisfy your sweet tooth without the excess sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein 
  • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao 
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk 
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil 

METHOD

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix well.

  2. Bake for 15 mins at 170 degrees Celsius.
  3. Top with melted white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries and enjoy.

Tips

  • If you don’t have a donut mould these can also be made into muffins or mini loaves.
