Caramel Pancake Stack {GF, No Added Sugar, Low Carb}

Simple, decadent looking, healthy. 

The ultimate weekend breakfast, or if you're in lockdown, make it on the weekdays too we say! 

Minimal ingredients needed, you probably already have most of them, particularly if you're a Lakanto lover. 

GF // No Added Sugar // Low Carb //Diabetic Friendly // Packed with Protein & Fibre 

Serves 1-2 


  • 1 Shaker Bottle of Lakanto Low Carb Protein Pancake Mix 
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of Lakanto No Added Sugar Caramel Topping 
  • 2 Strawberries, sliced into rounds 
  • 1/2 cup of Cream cheese (softened) or yoghurt 
  • Edible flower (optional)


  1. Make up pancakes according to the shaker directions 
  2. Top with cream cheese or yoghurt
  3. Drizzle with a decent amount of caramel topping 
  4. Top with the strawberry rounds or slices and an edible flower 
  5. Enjoy with your coffee or tea!
