INGREDIENTS
- 300g Lakanto Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 whole eggs
- 110g melted unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp full fat milk
- 4 tbsp Lakanto Classic Bakers Syrup
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Cocoa powder
- 80g Lakanto Dark Choc Baking Bits or Sugar-free dark chocolate
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 150 C. Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl whisk the eggs and milk. Melt the butter and then whisk the butter into the eggs. Add the Lakanto Chocolate Cake mix and whisk until it forms a smooth batter. Add the milk until the batter is smooth and slightly loose.
- Melt the chocolate and stir into the cake batter next fold in the chopped walnuts , then spread into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a crust forms on top (the brownie will look a little soft, but will firm on cooling).
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in pan, then chill for 2 hours.
- Remove brownie from pan and cut into 12 squares. Dust with cocoa powder to serve.
