Golden Malt Syrup Dumplings

Our healthier take on the classic Golden Syrup Dumplings.  

All made possible with our Golden Malt Syrup. It’s like a nourishing hug in a bowl.

No Added Sugar | Naturally Sweet | Diabetic Friendly | No Artificial Sweeteners

Ingredients:
1 x Shaker bottle of Lakanto Low Carb Protein Pancake Mix
1 tsp bicarb soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ Cup Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup 
Frying oil 
3 tbsp of your favourite natural yoghurt

Method:
1. Place the bicarb and baking powder into the pancake shaker bottle then follow directions on the back of the pack to make up the batter mix
2.Heat oil for 140-150 degrees in a shallow pan ready for frying
3. Fry for approx 3-4 minutes and then drain and place on paper towel.
4. Place into a small bowl, pour Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup around the dumplings
5. Top with your favourite natural yoghurt, or sugar free ice cream and enjoy!
