1. Get started by preheating the oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
5. Remove and let cool to room temperature before cutting and transfer the cut bars to the fridge to set firm, then dunk each in some melted chocolate then sprinkle the melted chocolate with some freeze-dried raspberries before it sets.
Tips:
Melt Lakanto 98% Sugar Free Dark Choc Baking Bits and use instead of dark chocolate to keep this sugar free.
