Low Carb Salted Caramel Martini

This mocktail is decadent, keto and vegan friendly, and so simple to make!

Our incredible Lakanto Caramel Topping with Monkfruit Sweetener works as the perfect non-alcoholic topping that is low-sugar, keto and vegan.  Cheers to your health!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. To make the salted caramel rim (optional): pour 1 tablespoon of Lakanto Caramel Topping onto a shallow plate.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the topping and work your way around until the whole rim is covered.
  3. Place a small amount of salt on a shallow plate and dip the caramel covered rim into the salt. Don't use too much - you only need a little! Place the glass into the freezer until you're ready to serve.
  4. Place remaining topping, espresso, milk and vanilla essence into a blender and blend well.
  5. Pour into your martini glass and serve.
