INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup 100g cream
- 30g full fat milk
- 35g Lakanto Baking Blend
- 2 gelatine leaves
TOFFEE SAUCE
- 50g Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Bakers Vanilla Syrup
- 2 tbsp double cream
METHOD
- Soften the gelatine sheet in ice cold water.
- Remove the sheets from the water after 5 minutes then squeeze out the water. Set aside.
- in a small pot over a low heat bring the cream, milk and Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener to a slow simmer approx. 10 minutes.
- Then stir in the softened gelatine and stir through until dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before pouring into your serving dish or glass.
Set for at 3 hours or overnight.
TOFFEE SAUCE METHOD
- Combine the Toffee sauce ingredients together in a small pot and bring to the boil and serve at room temperature over the chilled panna cotta.
