2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
2 cucumber rounds
2 lime wedges
1⁄2 cup coconut water
1⁄2 cup soda water
1. Muddle strawberry, balsamic vinegar, syrup, cucumber and lime in a cocktail shaker for a minute or two until juices are released from the strawberries and lime. 2. Add coconut water and a few cubes of ice. Shake. 3. Strain into an ice filled glass. 4. Top with soda water and serve.
Lakanto tip: to reduce the natural sugars by more than half, swap the coconut water with more soda water.
