Method
1. Preheat the oven 220°C.
2. Add the cream and tea into a small saucepan and bring to the boil, then turn off the heat, allowing it infused.
3. Cube the cream cheese, then blend with Lakanto White Sugar Replacer, and a little bit of the infused cream to help the blending.
4. Add the rest of infused cream, eggs and cornstarch. Pour into baking paper lined cake ring (16cm). Bake for 25 minutes, then let it rest room temperature before chilling in the fridge for couple of hours.
