Virgin Jalapeno Margarita

A spicy margarita, sans alcohol!


  • 4 slices fresh jalapeno, seeds removed (leave them in if you prefer the heat)

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 200mls lime flavoured sparkling water


1. Add jalapeno, lime, Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup and apple cider vinegar to a cocktail shaker and muddle for about a minute.

2. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake.

3. Strain mixture into an ice filled glass.

4. Top with lime sparkling water and stir gently.

5. Garnish with some extra jalapenos and serve.
