Berries & Cream Fat Bombs – Lakanto Australia

A yummy alternative to ice cream that is ideal for the kids as a morning, afternoon or after dinner treat!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted
  • 6 tbsps butter, softened
  • 220g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsps Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well-combined.
  2. Spoon mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Remove from freezer, pop fat bombs out of molds, and enjoy!
  4. Store in airtight container in freezer for up to 1 month.
