Combine egg yolk with 30g Lakanto Baking Blend and whisk together. Add in oil, milk and whisk it then sift in cake flour over the top of yolk mixture.
Whisk egg white and gradually add in sugar until it reach medium peak meringue.
Fold the meringue into the yolk mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
To assemble
Blitz the baked cake into food processor and then add in 2 tablespoon of softened butter until everything come together. Shape it in the ice cream cone mould and let it set.
