Prep Time: 10 Minutes Prep, 2 Hour Chill Time
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Cranberry Concentrate (Dynamic Health)
- 1Ltr Water
- 1 Cup Lakanto Baking Blend
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Gelatine Powder
- 4 Tbsp Chopped Dried Cranberries
Method:
- Add the Cranberry concentrate, water and Lakanto Baking Bend to a pot and stir.
- Heat the Cranberry Juice with the Syrup until warm. Note: Do not Boil
- Dissolve the Gelatine in 4 Tbsp hot water and add to the Cranberry Juice
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly
- Place in a bowl or serving dish
- Cool for 30 minutes in the fridge and add the chopped cranberries
- Stir the mixture just before it begins to set
- Use as required
