Soy and Garlic Sticky Glaze made Responsibly Sweet now  95.3% Sugar Free.

This glaze is perfect for topping vegetables like Broccolini or basting over meat or vegetable kebabs at a summer barbeque.

,With no added sugar the carbs are now low enough to fit into a Keto or low carb lifestyle

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger - thick slices
  • 1⁄4 cup Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
  • 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1⁄2 tsp Korean red pepper flakes (or similar)
  • 3 Tbsp Lakanto Golden or Brown sweetener

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients in a pot and boil it uncovered for 5 minutes or until it's reduced to your liking.
  2. Keep stirring to make sure it doesn't burn.
  3. Remove the ginger slices. Serve with on the side or use as a glaze.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
