INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Lakanto Maple Syrup
METHOD:
- In a small bowl whisk together the oil, mustard, syrup and vinegar.
- Cover and chill up to 1 month.
- Toss through roasted new potatoes or roasted vegetables, or add to salads for lovely sweet mustard finish.
