No Bake Creme Brulee

This indulgent dessert, is a classic favourite that you can now enjoy at home.

Using Lakanto, you can enjoy it without the added sugar.

It now has 83% less sugar and 75% less carbs, versus the traditional recipe.

Serve: 1

Ingredients:

  • 100ml cream
  • 20g Lakanto Classic
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.5g corn-starch 
  • 1/4 banana sliced
  • 20g Lakanto Golden to torch
Method:
  1. Bring cream to boil, whip egg yolk and Lakanto classic together.
  2. Temper the yolk, by pouring the hot liquid bit by bit to beaten egg yolk.
  3. Then whisk over a bain marie till it reach 82°c. Whisk in corn-starch, cook until thickened. Pour to ramekin dish and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once set, place sliced banana on top of the Creme Brulé then place Lakanto Golden all over the top and start to torch it.
  5. Enjoy
