INGREDIENTS
- 15 blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Lakanto Maple Syrup
- 200mL soda water or kombucha
METHOD
- Place blueberries, lime juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker or mason jar and muddle until the juice is released from the blueberries.
- Clap the mint together in your hands until the scent is released, then add to the mixture.
- Press the mint gently with the muddler a few times.
- Strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda water or your favourite kombucha.
- Adjust sweetness by adding some extra maple syrup if desired.Garnish and serve.
Tip:
- if you prefer, you can complete the first two steps in your serving glass and omit straining the mixture. The blueberry and mint pieces taste delicious when left in the drink.
