We’re pretty nuts about nuts here at Lakanto, if you’ll forgive the terrible pun. Nuts are an excellent source of dietary protein and healthy fats, two macronutrients vital to the whole living thing. 

They’re also packed with fibre and important nutrients like fatty acids and omega 3s that can help lower your cholesterol, protect your heart, boost immunity and help the body it its metabolic, healing and regenerative processes.
