With ANZAC Day just around the corner, we thought we’d take the stress out of cooking with these tasty, family friendly, better-for-you recipes worthy of the lazy long weekend.

From ANZAC inspired tarts and bliss balls, portable picnic and BBQ treats to our famous ‘Wayyyy Lower in Sugar Than Usual ANZAC Biscuits’, we’ve got all the bases covered.

A warming, nourishing dish with an ANZAC biscuit-inspired crumble topping using Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup. Sub in a combo featuring any of your favourite autumn fruits: we love plums, apples, pears, berries or quinces.

The showstopper ooey-gooey dessert to enjoy come ANZAC day. 

Our favourite part is slicing it up and watching that homemade condensed milk filling ooze out. Enjoy knowing that since it is made with Lakanto, it’s responsibly sweet!

We promised there would be biscuits: Wayyyy Lower in Sugar Than Usual ANZAC Biscuits

It just wouldn’t be ANZAC day without a plate of ANZAC biccies, now would it? We’ve recreated the classic oaty recipe using Lakanto Protein Pancake Mix and Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup, meaning each biscuit comes in at about 0.4g sugar.

Oats are also a wonderful source of fibre, making these a better-for-you biscuit the whole family can enjoy!
